Traefik not deploying after server update

FYI…
I have since reinstalled on a clean server and restored my backups. All seems to be fine for now.

Ubuntu 18.04 on a Kimsufi Server: Intel i5-2300 - 16GB DDR3 1333 MHz - 2To SATA

I use encrypted t-drive for my media.

I updated my server for with security patches this morning, and since then I have not been able to get my apps running in a browser. The apps are running, but I cannot access them via a browser.
I checked PG and a message said traefik was not deployed. Something within taking the server/ubuntu updates screwed things up. I have tried multiple times to deploy traefik, including opening ports prior to doing so.
I found a thread here that mentioned not using watchtower, so I went to turn it off. Upon doing so, I get a message that states: ERROR! the playbook: /opt/coreapps/apps/watchtower.yml could not be found

So, now the update has screwed that up too. Now I don’t know what else is screwed up.
Can PG be reinstalled over the top of what is already installed to overwrite the screw-ups, or do I need to wipe my server to reinstall from scratch?

blitz shoe no logs or warnings other than checking for files to move.

after scrolling up, I did find this error when attempting to deploy traefik.

Any help, hopefully without having to destroy my entire server, will be appreciated.

Did you ever figure this out? I am having the same problem. Plex still works, but traefik is down and I can’t redeploy it?

He fixed his issue by reinstalling
